This is just to express my appreciation for the good service we received from Freight Solutions this past weekend.
In times past the service has always been top class and last weekend you took it a notch higher.
We had a small but very important parcel that was coming out of Cape Town. The goods which made up that parcel were supposed to be used in an exam setting that was today at 8am. The personnel (Leatitia, Alistair and others ) kept us in the loop as to the progress of the ship via both email and voice calls right up to the time we collected the goods on Saturday
We would like to express our gratitude for have shown that you are committed to more than just normal service, but can actually go the extra mile to make things happen
