Q: I’ve got goods that need to go to another country, what documentation do I need? A: All international destinations require a Tax Invoice however African States insist that their invoices state ‘Commercial Invoice’.

Q: Do you transport fragile goods?

A: We do not transport fragile goods as our current freight is not compatible with fragile content.

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: We are open:

  • Business hours Mondays-Fridays 08:00am to 17:00pm.
  • Saturdays: 08:00am-12:00pm – duty phone operational 079 288 5334.
  • We have the above cellular telephone number available in case of an after hours enquiry or emergency.
Q: Will my goods have insurance?

A: As a Transporter, we may not offer Insurance as announced by the Financial Services Board and it is the responsibility of the client to make sure all goods are covered by their own Marine In-transit policy. Liability cover can be arranged.

Q: How do I open an account?

A: Please email rene@freightsolutions.co.za with your business enquiry.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

A: No we only deliver to physical addresses.

Q: I have Hazchem goods, do you transport hazardous material?

A: All dangerous goods require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), kindly forward this to us along with your enquiry.
